Why is the MLB Extra Innings package on iO not in HD?

I have the baseball package on iO and none of the games are in HD! i have a big screen tv and the games look somewhat fuzzy. how can sports, especially baseball, not be in HD yet? or why aren't they broadcasting it in HD?
