Need help deciding! Sun Conure or Parrotlet?

Went to the Bird Store this afternoon to talk to some one about my impending purchase, because I want to make sure Im getting the right bird for me. I had been quite set on a Sun Conure, but the guy in the store said a parrotlet might be a better match being as they're quieter. At first I didn't think much of it but once I got home I did some research and (Pacific) Parrotlets seem great too. Both seem to meet my basic guidelines for what im looking for, so Im looking for input from people who have owned both, or have experience with both on which they feel make better companion birds
