Pregnant, how to apply for WIC and CHIP.?

Hi, im 16 years old and my baby is due June 2nd or around then. I was wondering how to just get CHIP and WIC for my baby. I also was wondering when do i start the process of getting these services. Anyother information about these too or anything else you have done please share! thanks!
