French Toast Recipes?

i usually get a generic recipe and add a tablespoon of honey. also, using thick slices of brioche (like 3/4 inch thick) will give you a fantastic result. if you don't put too much batter on the bread, and kind of saute it (put your griddle on med-high), it will be nice and crunchy on the outside with a hot doughy center :)
