depending on how often you exercise, 800 might be too much for you. but kate gosselyn burns 800 daily so its not impossible. celery is good for when you are on a diet because it actually take more calories to eat than it gives you, while filling your stomach. try it with peanut er or cream cheese if you dont like it by itself. if you like it with cream cheese, you can wrap turkey around it to make it more of a small meal
