I'm with Polaris on this one, find yourself a hobby or pastime that you can get excited and pionate about. after one particularly nasty break up I started going to the gym and discovered salsa dancing. I basically got a bit "selfish" and did things that made me happy and made me feel good. Within a few weeks I started to feel fabulous and I was practically beating men off with a stick. So maybe salsa dancing isn't for you but find something that is and you will be pleasantly surprised at how much it helps.
