Cameron Diaz movie title?

I know that I'd know the name of the movie if I seen/heard it. It's an older movie. I remember that it's three girls and Cameron's character's little sister that live together. The main thing in the movie is that they're all surfers. I cannot think of the name of it. Please help me if you know what it is! I've used Google to try to help me, but I can't find it anywhere!
