Fetal dialated ventrical?

my girl friends 20 weeks we went to get a ultra sound to see the of the baby. then we find out the ventricales are dialated and theres only 2 vessles on the umbilical cord wich there should be 3. so she had a amino done. the drs thought it was something chromosome 18 but that was negative. so wer do we go from here
