How can I tell my mom that I want to move out after my 18th birthday?

ok so my parents are soo strict and over protective that I'm not allowed to date orr even go out with my frinds.I hate my life,and I'm so tired of living in this house that I cant take it no more.ANd its time for me to go.So I'm going to move in with my bestfriend and her mom after my 18th birthday.But the problem is,I dont know how to tell my mom that.SO can you please help me becuase its hell living here,I mean my dad swears that I'm not a virgin and he always checks me(himself) and pull my pants down and look at my to see if I'm a virgin or not.And I even tell him that I dont like it and its uncomfortable for me&he can take me to a doctor. but he still does it anyway.Plus he takes my cellphone every 5 minutes and says that he dosent want me talking to any boy at all, I cant even have a boy as a friend.I'm feel so miserable and frustrated....I just want this to be over so please help me!ASAP
