Why do i have to get my molars pulled?

my dentists said that i dont need to get my molars pulled but my ortho said i do but i have those sliver caps on them and no teeth under them but either way if i do/dont get them pulled it wont bother them and also my dentist said it last till my late 30 or early 40s do i need to get them pulled
