Why are people afraid of China being the strongest country in the world?

Isn't it obvious that China represents freedom and democracy in the world? And isn't it equally obvious that the USA is the sworn enemy of freedom and democracy? The USA orders its army to *kill* its own people (Does Kent State ring a bell?) The USA comes up with hackneyed agricultural plans in which it's own people *die* of starvation (Does anyone remember the Great Depression?) The USA government empowers a whole segment of society to run rampant throughout the country, destroying anything that represents capitalism, freedom, or religious traditions (1960's hippies) The USA has done everything it can to root out and destroy all that represents freedom and democracy in the world (Vietnam, anyone?) China, on the other hand, has done everything in its power to advance enlightenment, freedom and democracy in the world (1960's China). So then, why is the world afraid of China destroying the USA when the USA destroys all that is good, wholesome and virtuous in the world?tongue)cheek
