Who's cooler? Fallon, Leno, or Conan?

I watch Kimmel and Ferguson right now, and I want to add another late-night show to my mix. I don't like Letterman. Out of the three above, who's the funniest? How do they fare compared to George Lopez and Chelsea Handler? Are there any other good late-night hosts I'm missing (I can't watch Stewart or Colbert because their shows aren't online)? Thanks for your honest opinions.
