What is the defintion of back yard breeding?

BYB= anyone who's un titled/un shown/un champion or mix bred dog has puppies,it doesn't have to be for money. (though the ones that ask for money are the worst kind as they usually breed them on purpose unless they're asking for a small fee that will go to spaying the mother)
