I believe the question is asking first what eudaimonia is as Aristotle defines it in Nicomachean Ethics. Simply put, you probably know from reading that particular text that Aristotle defines eudaimonia as the "highest good" and that leading a virtuous life will help attain this idea of eudaimonia. So, really, the question is asking you to cite the differences between what the highest good is (which is said to lead to a happy life) and happy feelings in general.
