Aerodactly is a rock flying hit it with water type attacks to a lot of damage. He has 3 Dragonite and they are weak to ice so use Ice fang. Hit his charizard with hydro pump. Try to teach one of your pokemon an eletric type attack to take out his Gyarados. But most importantly level all your pokemon to lv 55 at least.
