Is your grandmother of sound mind? If so get the home care to make times that you can be there and have a witness if necessary. This way you can see your grandmother and not have to be afraid for your safety. The other thing if he does things to scare your grandmother or you belive he is abusive verbaly and threatening her you can have him arrested for senior abuse, and the home care people would be able to back you up on it. If arrested he could be forced to go to anger management cles. That would help, and if he did have to do a little time you could get more care for her since he wouldn't be there. I really wish I knew more but the laws are so different in each state and city. Gool luck and your grandmother is very lucky to have someone like you in her corner.
