I don't know what to do, bleeding ? again?

I just asked a question about my bleeding I have had for the past 10 days that is heavy like a heavy period. I did go to the doctor and she doesn't know why I am bleeding and told me to come back in 2 weeks. She did an ultrasound and the sac is still there with a fetal pole and all. This appointment was a week ago so I have another week to go till my next appointment. Now, the last question I asked somebody said she be monitoring my hcg levels, which she's not. A little background, I was having my hcg levels checked every three days by my previous doctor. The reason for this was because I had very light spotting before this heavy bleeding started. Well, when I started bleeding heavy I called him and he told me not to bother coming in that I was having a miscarriage and my body would take care of it itself. Well of course I didn't like that very much so I went to this new doc. So here I am, bleeding heavy for 10 days now, she doesn't know why, and isn't doing bloodwork. So what do I do? I have called her twice since I saw her a week ago and she just keeps saying she doesn't know to come back in two weeks. She's being very nice about it but seems stumped. Should I call her AGAIN and ask her about my hcg levels or just wait till my next appt in a week? This is too stressful.
