not sure of your stat catagories but you seem to have a lot of relievers, with weak starting. trade roberts, he is on your bench, a solid, five tool player could be easily traded for someone like C.C., webb, peavy, or santana. offer them roberts and one of the relievers for santana and work your way down until someone accepts. in general trade a player when they are at their peak for someone who will end up being better. cc started off terribly for example and would have been an easy buy which would pay off now big time
