Don't care. You have a test of a "virgin" :) . But keep the diet. Is a good one. And, if you have high blood presure, eat 2-3 gr. of Garlic/day or, if you have low blood presure, eat 7-10 gr/day. + at lunch 1 gl of red wine ( but a quality one, as: Brunello di Montalcino or a very good Chianti). Don't exercise fast walking: consumes the sugar from body. The fats remain. Exercise long walking( 5-10 miles /day): that consumes the fat.
